These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of leadcreators.co (the "Site") and the services provided by Lead Creators, operated by Lead Creators LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Fees are billed at the rates shown in your proposal or at checkout, in U.S. dollars. Unless otherwise stated, recurring retainers and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at purchase or in your agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

You represent that any materials, content, and contact data you provide are accurate and that you have the rights and consents necessary to use them, including consent to contact any leads or customers you supply. We reserve the right to decline or pause work that conflicts with applicable law or platform policies.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

By opting in to our SMS program through our chat widget or forms, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Lead Creators at the mobile number you provide. These may include appointment reminders, campaign updates, onboarding, and account notifications.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lead Creators LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by your individual agreement.

7. Disclaimers
